HAMILITON COUNTY PORCH CONVERSION
This Hamilton County converted porch was a 15 foot x 25 foot screen room.  The home was only 4 years old and the owners loved the porch except they couldn't use it as much as they wanted.
LEGACY owner/manager Mark Spencer and the homeowners took their time and designed a room that exceeded the customers' expectations.

THE ROOM'S DETAILS

• Sherwood double casements with matching transoms.  Interior poplar stained Cherry.
• All wood casing, quarter round and sills are poplar stained Cherry.  SW3214
• All Glass is double strength, dual pane with 3 layers of Low E glazing and argon gas fill
• Casement hardware is satin nickel.  Casement screens are metal complimenting finish.
• Therma Tru fiberglass door with the New Maple Park Glass, satin nickel hinges and hardware.
• Ceiling and kneewalls painted flat Sand Dollar.  Baseboard trim painted white parchment. Exterior paint Sherwin Williams Durations Unversal Khaki.
• Italian porcelain ceramic tiles Rialto Noce Venice Deco 6x6, Rialto Noce 6x6 and 12x12 Rialto Noce tils.  The pattern was set diagonally.
